Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During festivals, promotional events, or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on eligible orders across India.

  • If any shipping charges apply, they will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days

  • Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS with a tracking number and courier details. You can use the tracking information to monitor your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, it may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching returned orders.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

EnlightVeda is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please contact us immediately if you need to update your shipping details before your order is dispatched.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the package and damaged product (if applicable)

We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we deliver within India. International shipping may be introduced in the future.
